Hilarious — but I'm concerned — is it fair to publish patron names together with what they requested, in a public blog? If I were Gertrude Andrews (or the ILL staff of her local library) I'd be more than "pissed off" about this!

In response to a later posted request for Gertrude's address, I think she lives at 242 Gullible Lane, Mountlake Terrace, WA. Although her primary residence would be somewhere in the dark recesses of our beloved captain's imagination.
