Interlibrary Loan of the day
The Batmobile, the Munster's Coach, and the Bugaloos' Buggy all find representation in Barris TV & Movie Cars. This is what Batman has to say: "I drove the world's most famous car. It did its tricks because of my pal, George Barris. Thanks, George." Batman is quite correct, the Batmobile kicks $#*%, and the ILLmobile pales in comparison. The Captain is going to have to talk with Betty the Bureaucrat about having the ILLmobile budget increased by about $100,000 next year.

If you're really, really nice you could probably get Cardboard Queen to make you one.
I like the way jazzergigi thinks. We could totally pimp out your ride with some well placed cardboard toppers and a little craft paint. If memory serves, you have a string of battery-powered twinkle lights that we could use to really trick it out. Plus, you already have your own traffic cone.
Geez... everybody gets sooo excited about the Batmobile! What about a great vehicle like the Beverly Hillbillies truck? The classic roped-down hood, the great view from Granny's rocking chair, and shotgun at the ready for those would-be road ragers, with Jethro at the wheel. What more do you really need?
Speaking of the Munsters, I actually always liked Grandpa's "Dragula".
"This dragster goes from 0 to over 180 mph in a matter of seconds with a parachute for brakes.
An ornate Owens-Corning Fiberglass casket, trimmed in royal purple velvet silk and embodying a very lively 350 H.P. Ford Mustang engine with a 12 volt Autolite electrical system.
The exterior of the casket, which rests on a tube chassis has a quiet antique gold finish with sedate Italian gold leaf."
Now that's impressive. :-)
Wow, Jethro and Grandpa...how to choose? Of course, the idea of a casket on wheels is intriguing. In addition to my love of cardboard, I love to put wheels on things. But Jethro at the wheel is attractive for a number of reasons. Now, if Race Bannon had his own ride we could discuss paradise.
